CK EVENTS Talent Buying & Event Management Internship Program

Welcome! This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of talent buying and event management. You'll work alongside industry professionals, learning the intricacies of securing talent, planning events, and ensuring their seamless execution.

This Opportunity would be Unpaid. 

Program Duration:

  • 10-12 weeks (flexible based on semester/school schedule)

Who Should Apply:

  • College students with an interest in entertainment, music, business, or event management

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A passion for live events and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent buying process, including artist research, negotiation, and contract management

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management

  • Learn about marketing and promotion strategies for events

  • Develop strong communication skills through interaction with artists, agents, venues, and clients

  • Gain experience in problem-solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential talent for upcoming events

  • Assist with compiling artist information and creating artist presentations

  • Support with contract negotiation and booking logistics

  • Participate in event planning meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

  • Assist with vendor communication and coordination

  • Create social media content and marketing materials promoting events

  • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting

  • Attend industry events and conferences (when possible)
